摘要
目的:探讨CDX2在各种正常上皮和上皮性肿瘤中的表达及其应用价值.方法:应用310例不同部位人体组织(正常组织73例,上皮性肿瘤组织199例及引流区淋巴结转移性腺癌组织38例),制备组织芯片,进行CDX2免疫组织化学染色.结果:在消化道正常上皮、上皮性肿瘤和淋巴结转移性腺癌中,CDX2的表达明显高于其他部位的相应组织(P<0.01),消化道CDX2的阳性表达率分别为94.7%,76.5%,76.9%,其他部位正常上皮、上皮性肿瘤和淋巴结转移性腺癌CDX2的阳性表达率分别为14.8%,8.4%,4.0%.在消化道各器官中,十二指肠、结肠和直肠的表达率高于胃和食管(H=59.585,P<0.01).消化道外其他部位的正常组织和上皮性肿瘤中,除胆管、卵巢、胰腺和宫颈呈部分阳性外,其他部位均未见表达.结论:CDX2抗体局限表达于十二指肠,结肠及直肠,特异性强,可作为肠上皮特异性标记物在病理诊断中推广应用.
AIM: To evaluate the expression of caudal-related homeobox transcription factor 2 (CDX2) in various normal epithelia and epithelial neoplasm and its clinical significance. METHODS: Three hundred and ten specimens were collected, including normal epithelia (n = 73), epithelial neoplasms (n= 199) and lymph node-metastatic adeno-carcinomas (n = 38). The expression of CDX2 was detected in all the tissues by microarray technique and immunohischemistry. RESULTS: For the digestive tract, the positive rates of CDX2 expression in normal epithelia, epithelial neoplasms and lymph node-metastatic adenocarcinomas were higher than those in the corresponding tissues of other organs (94.7%, 76.5%, 76.9% vs 14.8%, 8.4%, 4.0%; P<0.01). The level of CDX2 expression in tissues from duodenum colon and rectum are higher than those from stomach and esophagus (H= 59.585, P<0.01). Most tissues from non-gastrointestinal tract exhibited negative CDX2 expression, except bile duct, ovary, pancreas and cervix showed relatively weaker CDX2 expression. CONCLUSION: CDX2 is specifically expressed in the epithelia of duodenum, colon and rectum and it can be used as an important marker in the pathological diagnosis.
