高速汽流自吸水雾化烟叶加潮装置的研究

本文介绍了高速汽流自吸水雾化烟叶加潮装置的组成和加潮原理及过程,论述了回潮工艺中影响烟叶回透率的因素及回透率、净增水份、烟叶温度三大工艺指标间的相互关系和正确控制。

The construction of the equipment atomizing water for damping tobacco leaf by high speed steam and the mechanism and technological process of getting damp are described in this paper, particular attention is paid to the discussion of the factor affecting the moisture regain in the process. Moreover, the relations among the three objects-moisture regain, net increased moisture content and tabacco leaf temperature as weel as the right control of them are also shown.
