环形多孔金属橡胶节流元件水力特性相似判据确定 被引量:3

Determination of comparability criterion of hydrodynamic characteristics for ring-like MR porous material

摘要 依据金属橡胶多孔材料的制备工艺及内部微观组织结构特性,确定了影响圆环形金属橡胶节流元件水力学性能的所有参数,利用相似性定理中的量纲相似理论(π定理),推导出了影响圆环形金属橡胶多孔材料水力学特性的8个相似准判据:λ,Re,φ,dM/D,L/D,dM/dS,ρ/ρM,r1/r2,利用这些相似性判据可以直接推导出环形金属橡胶节流元件的节流特性和水力学性能,为实验研究提供了理论依据,极大地减少了实验工作量和实验及分析工作的盲目性.图1,参10. Based on manufacturing technology and throttling characteristics of MR material, non-dimensional parameters effected MR hydraulic characteristics were decided, and comparability theory of units(π theorem)was used to derive 8 comparability criterion of hydraulic characteristics for ring-like MR porous material:λ,R_e,φ,d_M/D,L/D,d_M/d_S,ρ/ρ_M,r_1/r_2,which provided sufficient materials for experimental research.This work reduces the experimental work and it is valuable for the research of porous material.1fig.,10refs.
