摘要
针对浆体管道输送低浓度短距离现状,为达到简化制浆脱水工艺、节约输料用水、提高运输效率的目的,通过实验证明,在现有的运输基础上,有效地控制颗粒的上限粒径和级配,改善浆体在输送中的流动性和稳定性,可以提高浆体输送浓度,降低输送能耗,进一步发挥浆体管道输送的优越性.图1,表4,参8.
High concentration slurry transportation was characterized by simple dewatering technology saving of water for transportation and high efficiency.The test shows that based on transportation now,it improve entirely concentration of slurry in transportation and reduce wastage of energy controlling top size of particles and composition of sediment in effect and ameliorating stability and flowability of slurry,furthmore to demonstrate the superiority of slurry pipeline transportation.1fig.,4tabs.,8refs.
