摘要
目的了解牦牛骨粉中钙的表观吸收率,为开发保健食品提供依据。方法以70只雌性SD大鼠,分为7组,每组10只,即低钙对照组(含钙1180mg/kg饲料),受试样低、中、高剂量组(设计剂量为人体推荐量的5、10、20倍),实测值为饲料中含钙1437、1852、2778mg/kg。另设与样品剂量相对应的碳酸钙对照组。喂养4w后,连续做3d钙的代谢试验,测每只大鼠3d内钙摄入食量,粪中钙排出量,求出表观吸收率。结果证明牦牛骨粉中钙表观吸收率显著高于相应剂量碳酸钙对照组(P<0.05)。
Objective To investigate the apparent absorption rate of calcium in moniu's bonepowder for developing health food.~Methods Seventy female SD rats were divided into 7 groups.Each group contains 10 rats.Low calcium control group had 1 180 mg Ca/kg in diet. 3 groups of moniu's bonepowder test group were fed 3-level dose (5,10,20 times as high as the recommended intake for human).The actual value was 1 437,1 852,2 778 mg Ca/kg respectively.Calcium carbonale was for the other 3 groups using the similar 3-level dose as mentioned above.Four weeks later,Ca metabolism was observed for 3 days.Each rat was kept in a cage,diet intake recorded and feces collected for three days.Ca was determined by atomic absorption spectrometry,and Ca apparent absorption rate of each group was calculated.~Results The result showed that the 2 groups of moniu's bonepowder had higher Ca absorption rate than that of the Ca carbonate group (P<0.05).Conclusion According to the standard in Technical Standard for Testing and assessment of Health Food (2003 in page 118), the Ca apparent absorption rate in moniu's bonepowder was higher than that in calcium carbonate group.
