摘要
在水轮机调节系统大波动过渡过程中,为了最大限度的减少水压上升值和转速上升值,我们对南方某一水电站利用正交设计法对水轮机导叶分段关闭规律进行了优化分析。优化分析结果为该电站改造提供理论支持。通过该水电站甩负荷的实例表明:此关闭规律是符合实际的。
<Abstrcat> In big motion adjustment system of the hydraulic turbines, we have researched for certain water power in Southen China. A orthogonal method on optimization of parameters was used for hydro guide vanes closed in steps, in order to utmost reduce the water pressure rising. The results provied a supported theory for power improving. The example shows that the method has its advantages in simplicity, accuracy and perceived directly.
