基于供应链管理的思想,结合建筑业企业生产施工的特点,考虑材料库存管理过程中受采购、运输、生产消耗的约束,建立了库存管理优化模型。最后,通过一个施工项目的物资订购方案的确定,说明该模型如何应用,并证实了该模型在实现建筑业企业库存成本最优化控制方面具有很强的实用价值。

<Abstrcat>On the basis of supplying the thought of chain management in construction enterprises, considering material purchase , transportation , stock of management , the stock control and optimized models had set up. It is tested that this model has very strong practical value through a real example.
