再生水的价格形成机制探讨

运用经济学需求定理,分析了再生水的价格对再生水需求的影响,即在再生水的水质和水量能够满足安全性和稳定性的情况下,价格是影响再生水需求的主要因素,合理的价格机制能够对再生水的需求产生积极的促进作用。根据我国的污水再生利用的不同工艺,分析了再生水的成本构成,探讨了再生水价格的合理形成机制,并提出了合理的再生水价格构成。

<Abstrcat>This paper analyzed the influence of reuse water price to reuse water demand by utilizing the economic demand theorem. That is on condition of reuse water quality and volume enable to satisfy the security and the stability. The price was the primary factor to affect the reuse water demand. A reasonable price mechanism has the positive promoter action to the reuse water demand. According to different craft of reuse water in our country, the paper analyzed the cost constitution of reuse water, discussed the reasonable mechanism of reuse water to form the price, and proposed the reasonable price constitution of reuse water.
