摘要
在探讨循环经济内涵的基础上,分析了循环经济对钛工业发展的内在要求,指出钛工业中钛材和二氧化钛两大类产品在构建循环经济中占有极其重要的地位。评述了我国钛工业在能源资源消耗、环境污染等方面的现状和存在的问题,探讨了影响钛工业发展的关键技术问题,并提出促进我国钛资源综合利用的政策性建议。
Based on the essential discussion involving circular economy, the intrinsic request and important effect of developing titanium industry to building circular economy were emphatically analyzed. The status and main problems of titanium industry in China were commented from aspects of energy and resources consumption as well as environmental pollution. The key technologies for development of titanium industry were discussed, and some suggestions for comprehensive utilization of titanium resources in China were proposed.
