Production of Double Pique with Aquafresh Moisture Absorption & Quick Drying Fibers

Aquafresh纤维纵向有四条凹形微细沟槽,具有优良的吸湿快干性能。经纬向全部采用Aquafresh长丝生产双层凹凸织物时,整经工序要保证纱线通道光滑;浆纱工序要增加长丝的抱合力,减少毛羽;织造工序采用薄型停经片,减少纬向断头。介绍了工艺流程设计及各工序工艺参数的选取。

Aquafresh fiber has four groove in wire direction, and have better property of moisture absorption & quick drying. When both warp and weft are Aquafresh filaments in weaving of double pique, yarn passage should be assured lubricity in warping process, filament cohesion should be increased and hairiness should be reduced in sizing process, tropical stoppage sheet should be adopted in weaving process and chance of generating weft breakage should be reduced too. Technology circulation design and chosen of technology parameters in each process are introduced.
