Production Practice on Reducing Neps in Polyester Yarn

分析了国产清梳联设备生产纯涤纶纱棉结产生的原因,介绍了减少棉结的措施。由于化纤原料蓬松,易产生静电,使棉流通道易挂花、堵塞噎车,从而使棉结增加,因此,应采取相应的技术措施。

Generating reasons of neps in producing polyester yarn with domestic blowing-carding unit are analyzed, and measures on reducing neps are introduced. Chemical fibers has loftiness and can easy generate static, so passage hang cotton easily, and relative measures should be adopted.
