Institutional management system of Loess Plateau Watershed Rehabilita tion Project

黄土高原水土保持世行贷款项目已顺利完成了两期项目的建设任务,取得了显著成效。项目实施过程中,项目工作人员依托外资项目,打造全新的水土保持管理模式,在实践中不断总结、探索出了适合水土保持外资项目系统的管理模式,如财务管理中的报账制、对项目实施情况的及时监测评价等。世行项目的顺利实施,对整个水土保持工作产生了积极的影响。

Two phases of Loess Plateau Watershed Rehabilitation Project has compl eted successfully. During the project implementation, project staff created new management approach in water and soil conservation work, accumulated a lot of ex periences and exploited new management models that are suitable for the foreign- funded project, such as different approaches of loan reimbursement and project m onitoring and evaluation. The project shows positive impact on the work of water and soil conservation in China.
