陕西省黄土高原水土保持世行贷款项目在建设中形成了一套符合当地实际的建设机制,水保为社会、社会办水保在这里得到了充分体现。世行项目的带动,使项目区水土流失治理速度大大超过以往,昔日的荒山秃岭,今日已披满绿装。

The construction of Loess Plateau Watershed Rehabilitation Project ful ly considers the local conditions and serves for the society by water and soil c onservation. Drived by this project, the speed of soil and water loss is faster than ever. Formal eroded-areas have been planted with trees and grass that effec tively control severe erosion in the project areas.
