依据导弹武器系统的战术技术指标要求,建立了导弹武器系统的指标体系;运用灰色系统的原理和方法结合层次分析法对该系统的能力进行评价,评价采取定量分析为主,与定性分析相结合。实例证明,灰色评估与层次分析法相结合能有效降低人为因素的影响,评价结果具有客观性,一定程度上能给决策者提供可靠的依据。

According to the request of the missile weapon system’s tactics and technique index, the corresponding index system was established. Evaluation was made for the system by using grey system evaluation method join together the AHP, and adopting qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis combine together, with quantitative analysis is mainly proceeds. The example shows clearly that this method can availably reduce the influence of humankind, the result is objectivity and can give dependable offering to the decision maker at a certain extent.
