摘要
社会主义建设要重视培养人的全面发展,并积极为人的全面发展打下基础和创造条件,为此,必须大力发展生产力,加强精神文明建设。
We should lay stress on people's all-round development for the socialist construction. Active measures should be taken to lay foundation and creat conditions for the development. Therefore, productive forces must be greatly developed and the construction of spiritual civilization shouted be strengthened.
