摘要 目的:探讨椎间盘源性腰痛动态摄片的临床意义。方法:对30例椎间盘源性腰痛患者组进行牵引/负重动态摄片,观察病变椎间盘纵向位移范围,并与椎间盘退变无腰痛组和正常组比较。结果:椎间盘退变无腰痛组和正常组间无明显性差异;椎间盘源性腰痛组与椎间盘退变无腰痛组间有明显性差异。结论:椎间盘源性腰痛患者常规X线检查未能显示的椎间隙节段纵向不稳定,通过牵引/负重动态摄片可显示。 Objective:To evaluate the value of dynamic radiography of discogenic back pain.Method:The traction/compression dynamic radiography was conducted and the displacement of degenerated intervertebra dics was observed in the dicogenic back pain group(group A).The results were compared with those of none back pain intervertebra dics degeneration group(group B) and normal group(group C).Result:The results showed no difference between group B and C, while significant difference was found between group A and B.Conclusion: Traction/compression dynamic radiography provides a simple and practical method to diagnose the segmental instability of discogenic back pain which conventional radiography fails to furfill.
