胫骨平台骨折的手术治疗

Surgical treatment of the tibial plateau fracture

目的 探讨胫骨平台骨折的手术治疗方法及内固定物的选择。方法 回顾性分析我院1995年6月～2 0 0 2年10月收治胫骨平台骨折并通过手术治疗的6 3例临床资料。结果 4 6例随访1～6年,优2 6例,良14例,优良率86 .9% ;一般3例,差3例。结论 对于移位的胫骨平台骨折,良好的复位、坚强的内固定、足量的植骨、关节稳定的重建、早期活动都是相当重要的。

Objective To study the surgical treatment of tibial plateau fractures and the choice of internal fixtive devices.Methods Sixty-three cases of tibial plateau fractures who had received operation from Jun.1995 to Oct.2002 were reviewed.Results Forty-six cases out of 63 cases were followed up for 1～6 years.The result was excellent in 26 cases,good in 14 cases.The satisfactory rate was 86.9%.Condusion For displaced tibial plateau fractures,good open reduction,secure internal fixtion,enough bone implantation,reconstruction of joint stability and early function rehabilitation are neccssisary.
