Present situation of traffic injury in China and its emergency in hospital

我国交通伤处于高发阶段,改善交通状况是全社会的责任。交通伤为高动能、多因素所致,伤情复杂、严重,医院内急救必须规范、科学及程序化。VIP(ventilationinfusionpulsation)急救程序准确抓住了创伤早期致死的3个主要矛盾(呼吸障碍、循环障碍及快速大出血),按其顺序依次快速处理,突出了边治疗边诊断的新理念。该程序符合急救要求,可操作性强。应用VIP程序后,我院交通伤抢救成功率大大提高。VIP液体灌注原则为快、足、稀,同时强调了损伤控制外科理念(damagecontrolsurgery,DCS),以控制出血为目的之救命手术应是复苏的组成部分,而不是院内急救的终结。

The rate of traffic injury has been high in China. The traffic injury is often severe and complicated due to the high energy and complex injury mechanism. The principles of the emergency in hospital must be of standard,scientific and procedural. VIP(ventilation infusion pulsation) carry out the emergency treatments on the following: respiration disorder,circulation disorder and rapid large bleeding,which are the main death causes in the early phase. VIP stress a new concept(ventilation first,infusion second and usually pulsation third). The treatment and diagnosis of VIP is carried out at the same time. The successful rate of traffic injury treatment has been impoved greatly since adopting VIP in our hospital. The key of circulation infusion of VIP is rapid,full and dilution. DCS(damage control surgery)is a part of resuscitation to control bleeding and to save life,not a resuscitation finishing in hospital.
