新铁炮百合自交初代遗传多样性的RAPD分析 被引量:5

摘要 采用RAPD技术研究了新铁炮百合(Liliumformolongi)自交初代的遗传多样性变化,建立了自交系纯合分子判断标准。研究结果表明,F2、F3、F4世代株系多态性百分比分别为59.1%、56.6%、48.0%,遗传多样性指数分别为1.749、1.530、1.292,平均遗传距离分别为0.121、0.207、0.238。在总变异中,世代内的分布Hpop/Hsp和世代间分布(HspHpop)/Hsp遗传多样性所占的比率分别为76.2%和23.8%。 In Order to monitor the homozygous progress of inbred breeding in molecular level and to establish homozygous molecular criteron of inbred lines of Lilium formolongi, the genetic diversity in self-inbred early generations of Lilium formolongi was studied by RAPD. The results indicated that the percentage of polymorphic bands of F_2, F_3 and F_4 generations were 59.1%, 56.6%, 48.0% respectively, the Shannon genetic diversity indeces 1.749, 1.530, 1.292 respectively, the mean genetic distances 0.121, 0.207, 0.238 respectively. (Among) total variation, intrapopulation genetic diversity accounted for 76.2%, interpopulation for 23.8%.
