摘要
为解决高等学校聘期考核的定量评价问题,引入模糊数学方法,并通过模糊评价建立了综合评价体系.此体系融合了领导、同行和学生的不同评价,使考核结果更趋合理.
The method of fuzzy mathematics is introduced so that the problem of quantitative evaluation of the engagement examination is solved in colleges and universities. The synthetical evaluation system has been set up by fuzzy evaluation. The results show that this kind of evaluation offered by leaders, colleagues and students fointly are more reasonable.
