摘要
目的 观察Qi盐对肾性和自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)的降压作用。方法 通过缩窄左肾动脉而制备2K1C夹的肾性高血压模型,同时选用16周龄的SHR ,2种实验鼠均连续给予Qi盐0 . 4、0 .2、0 .1g·kg-1,14d(ig,qd) ,观察其对肾性和SHRBP的影响。结果 Qi盐各剂量组及普通盐组对肾性高血压模型鼠BP在用药d 7、14均无明显的影响,而对SHR ,Qi盐0 .4、0 .2g·kg-1给药7d后可显著降低BP ,与对照组相比,P <0 .0 5 ,但14d后BP有所回升。结论 Qi盐对肾性高血压模型无明显的治疗作用,但在给药7d后能显著地降低SHR的BP。
AIM To study antihypertensive effects of Qi salt in renovascular and spontaneously hypertensive rats (SHR). METHODS 2 kidney-1 clip (2K1C) renovascular hypertension was induced by subjecting the SD rats to left renal artery clamping. Sham-operated rats served as controls. In addition, sixteen-week-old SHR were used in the experiment. Renovascular hypertensive rats (RHR) and SHR were given Qi salt for 14 d (ig, qd). Systolic blood pressure(SBP) of both rats was measured using the tail-cuff method.RUSULTS Qi salt 0.8,0.4,0.2 g·kg -1 did not produced a significant effects on SBP in RHR during the treatment period. In SHR, at doses of 0.4,0.2 g·kg -1, Qi salt caused a significant decrease in SBP after 7 d administration from [(166.361±13.481), (167.383±8.271)mm Hg] to [(152.940±12.045),(153.624±9.970)mm Hg], respectively. However, the SBP of the treated SHR rose again after 14 d administration.CONCLUSION Qi salt do not produce a significant change in SBP of RHR, while a significant decrease in SBP of SHR is observed after 7 d administration.
