利用临床合理用药监测软件系统审查医嘱调查报告

目的研究“临床合理用药监测软件系统 (PASS)”在医嘱审查方面的作用。方法调取PASS审核的医嘱 ,总结被警告医嘱的药物、数量、警示内容以及被警示后医嘱修改率。以走访及问卷方式调查临床医师。结果共监测医嘱 8894. 6 1条 ,因药物相互作用被警告医嘱 170 4 8条 ,占医嘱总量 1 9%。其中严重警告医嘱 5 2 6 6条 ,修改 113条 ,修改率 2 . 14 % ;一般警告医嘱 11782条 ,修改 2 73条 ,修改率 2 .32 %。结论 PASS可以方便快捷地辅助医药工作者审核医嘱 ,减少药源性疾病发生 ,促进合理用药。

AIM To evaluate the software prescription automatic screening system TM(PASS) in prescriptions monitoring.METHODS The data of 889 461 pieces of prescriptions monitored by PASS were collected and retrospectively analyzed. The names, quantities of medicines which were warned by PASS and the caution contents and the modification rate of prescriptions warned by PASS were summarized, then the clinicians who gave the prescriptions were interviewed, respectively.RESULTS 889461 pieces of prescriptions were monitored by PASS.17048 pieces of prescriptions were warned because of the medicine interaction (1.9% of the total prescriptions).In which 5266 pieces were seriously warned, 113 pieces were modified, modification rate was 2.14%; 11782 pieces were generally warned, 273 pieces were modified, modification rate was 2.32%.CONCLUSION The PASS can be a convenient fastly assistant to medicinal workers and help to avoid the medicine source diseases and may promote rational drug use.
