本文总结了７年零４个月来固体硅橡胶隆鼻术并发症的发生率、原因及处理。认为其发生率与术者的经验及手术方法有很大关系，不一定是充填材料的种类起决定作用。提出了排异反应不是导致假体穿出裸露的主要原因的观点．
Abstract Through analysing the incidence rate , etiology and treatment of the complication in augmentation rhinoplasty of solid silicon rubber for 7 years and 4 months,the authors think the incidence rate has much to do with the doctors′experience and operation methods,and it is not definite that the filling materials play the decisive role.The authors put forward a viewpoint that rarity rejection reaction is not the primary reason for the implant sticking out of the skin.
