菜籽饼解毒剂对鲤鱼生长及有关生理生化指标的影响

Effects of Rapeseed Meal Detoxifing Feed Additive on Growth-promoting and Some Physiological and Biochemical Indexes in Common Carp

以鲤鱼为试验对象,研究菜籽饼解毒剂对鲤鱼生长及有关生理生化指标的影响.试验结果表明,菜籽饼解毒剂能促进鲤鱼生长,提高鲤鱼日增重,降低饲料系数,提高成活率,日增重比对照组提高27.68%(P<0.05),饲料系数下降16.04%(P<0.05);菜籽饼解毒剂使内脏比下降32.19%(P<0.05),肠重比下降15.38%(P<0.05);菜籽饼解毒剂使鲤鱼肌肉中蛋氨酸含量提高32.07%(P<0.05);菜籽饼解毒剂使血清尿素氮降低36.41%(P<0.01)和血清磷含量降低5.68%(P<0.05).

The effects of rapeseed meal detoxifing feed additive on growth-promoting and some physiological and biochemical indexes in Common carp are studied. The results indicate that rapeseed meal detoxifing feed additive obviously enhanced fish growth, increased daily weight gain by 27.68%(P< 0.05), decreased food conversion rate by 16.04%(P<0.05) and improved survival ratio. It also decreased internal organ ratio by 32.19%(P<0.05), intestine ratio by 15.38%(P<0.05), increased the Met content of muscle by 32.07%(P<0.05), decreased urine nitrogen (UN) concentration by 36.41%(P<0.05) and phosphor content by 5.68%(P<0.05).
