The development of Cixi’s home appliances industrial cluster is the good representation of the process of industrialization in the Yangtze delta. Its history and development make the industrial cluster the style of production process. Although the competition of price and management has improved greatly, lack of the key industrial technology is still the big problem of Cixi home appliances industrial cluster, which is also the bottle-neck of building the modern manufacturing base of Zhejiang province. Finally, it is put forward that Cixi home appliances industrial cluster must enhance its core competition especially in key technology innovation, raise technology talent and improve the enterprises linkage among the clusters.
