摘要
目的:通过观察医院术前+术后未使用抗菌药、仅术前使用抗菌药和术前+术后均使用抗菌药3组病人清洁手术的切口愈合情况,分析临床抗菌素应用情况,并对严格控制预防性应用抗生素的临床重要性作一探讨.方法:将3组病人术后情况进行统计分析.结果:3组病人切口愈合情况无显著性差异.结论:不合理使用抗生素的情况普遍存在,目前如何合理使用抗生素已成为各医院面临的严峻课题.
Objective: By observing the postoperative incision infection of clean incision, comparing neither preoperative nor postoperative use of antibiotics, only preoperative use of antibiotics and both preoperative and postoperative use of antibiotics,the use of antibiotics on treatment can be analyzed. Method: A statistical analysis is made on the postoperative situation of the patients in three groups. Result: The three groups’herapeutic effects have no significant differences. Conclusion: There are some conditions of antibiotics abuse and it is necessary to direct doctors to use them properly.
