The international peer review by E-mail for Tsinghua Science and Technology in recent two years is summarized in this paper. The advantages and disadvantages of the international peer review by E-mail are analyzed, which shows that the international peer review by E-mail is fast and of high quality, but the referees who send back comments are relatively less. To implement the international peer review by E-mail, we should make good preparations of the manuscripts, the evaluation report, and related letters, punctually remind the referees and reply their letters, and keep in contact with the referees.
