迟发性运动障碍患者血清泌乳素浓度分析 被引量:3

The Serum Concentration of Prolactin in Schizophrenic Patients with Tardive Dyskinesia

摘要 目的:对比迟发性运动障碍(TD)、非TD(TD-)精神分裂症患者、正常对照血清泌乳素(PRL)水平,探索TD可能的病理生理机制。方法:运用放射免疫(RIA)法,测定性别比、年龄、病程、发病年龄、住院次数、目前治疗等匹配的46例TD、TD-患者及性别比、年龄与TD、TD-患者匹配的正常对照44人血清泌乳素(PRL)浓度,对三组血清PRL水平运用非参数检验进行比较;并对TD组患者异常不自主运动量表(AIMS) 各项分总和与血清PRL水平进行线性回归分析。结果:三组血清PRL水平(正常组:617±358μIU/ml,TD-组: 913±602μIU/ml,TD组:1277±1011μIU/ml)间存在显著差异(P<0.05);AIMS各项分和与血清PRL水平的相关系数为0.136(P>0.05),无明显相关性。结论:TD患者比TD-患者、正常人血清泌乳素水平升高,TD可能并非单纯由多巴胺受体增敏所致。 Objective: To investigate pathophysiological mechanism of tardive dyskinesia (TD) by comparing the level of serum prolactin ( PRL ) of schizophrenic patients with TD to that of patients without TD (TD-) and normal volunteers. Methods: To assay the level of serum PRL in normal controls (n=44), chronic schizophrenic patients with TD (n=46), and without TD (n=46) by radio-immunity assay (RIA). The TD group and TD^group were matched by age, medication,disease duration matched. AIMS (abnormal involuntary movement scale) was used to measure the severity of TD. Results: The concentration of PRL in serum in the normal group (617±358μIU/ml), patients with TD (1277±1011μIU/ml) and TD- (913±602μIU/ml) had significant difference (P<0.05). The level of PRL and total score of the AIMS in patients with TD had no significant correlation (r=0.14, P>0.05). Conclusion: The concentration of PRL in serum in patients with TD was increased significantly.
