摘要
用国产高性能纺丝级锦纶6切片,在常规FDY纺丝设备上生产高速经编用细旦锦纶6FDY,就纺丝温度、喷丝板、冷却条件、热辊温度、拉伸工艺等对细旦FDY的影响进行了探讨。实践结果表明,通过对设备作局部改造并调整生产工艺,可生产优质细旦锦纶6FDY。
Fine nylon 6 FDY was produced on FDY standard spinning machine with fiber grade nylon 6 chip made in china .The effect of spinning temprature, spinneret, cooling condition, hot-roller temperature and drawing condition on the production was studied. The experimental results showed that fine nylon 6 FDY can be obtained by partial innovation of the machine and process adjustment.
