10kt/a腈纶一步法转向纺丝生产线设备的改造

MODIFICATION OF 10kt/a ACRYLIC FIBER TURNABLE SPINNING LINE EQUIPMENT

通过对4kt/aNaSCN一步法腈纶转向纺丝生产线中关键设备脱单体塔、凝固浴槽、生产线电气控制技术实施改造,使其单线生产能力扩大到10kt/a以上,为国内同类装置改造成万吨级生产线提供了一定技术经验。同时发现,通过合理配置,国产单线年产15000t级腈纶转向纺丝生产线的开发在技术上是可行的。

Modifying some key equipment such as monomer recovery apparatus, coagulation bath groove and spinning line eletric control system, the NaSCN one step acrylic fiber turnable spinning line with the productivity of 4kt/a is expanded with its productivity of 10kt/a.The experience is provided for the modification of the same kind unit of our country.At the same time, it shows that by reasonable arrangement, the technique of acrylic fiber turnable spinning one line with the productivity of 15kt/a is feasible.
