热处理气氛和温度对SnO_2∶Sb超细粉的影响

摘要 以SnCl4·5H2O和SbCl3为原料,采用共沉淀法分别制得了纳米级的SnO2∶Sb,Sb2O3和SnO2超细粉,并选取工业用Sb2O3粉末作为参比,运用X射线衍射(XRD)、Leitz多功能显微镜、电阻测试等测试方法对粉末进行了表征,比较系统地研究了热处理气氛和温度对粉末物相和电阻的影响。 Using SnCl4· 5H2O and SbCl3 as raw material,nanometer- sized S nO2∶ Sb, Sb2O3 and SnO2 powders were prepared by chemical coprecipitation metho d.Using the commercial Sb2O3 as reference agent, the characteristics of the powd ers were investigated by X- ray diffraction (XRD), Leitz multipurpose microscop e and resistance test. The influences of heat- treatment atmosphere and tempera ture on the phase and resistance of the powders were studied.
