摘要
本文采用多种物理及化学诱变因子反复及复合处理木霉原始菌株,选育出菌落小、生长缓慢、颜色黄或白的高产变异菌株。滤纸及 CMC 糖化活性比原菌株提高四倍多,产酶性能稳定,对分解天然纤维素麦草的能力有很大的提高,从而也就提高了对纤维素的利用率和生产价值。
While treating original trichoderma strain with various,physical and chemi- cal factors of induced variation repeatedly and in a complex way,we have selected high-cellulase-producing variety with the properties of yellow or white small colony and slow growth.Activities for filter paper and CMC are 4 times higher than those of the original strain.It also has stable cellulase-producing ability and higher ability of decomposing the natural cellulase wheat bran.Hence, the variety can be used to increase the rate of efficiency and value of cellulase.
