摘要
目的对中药莲子心降血糖的活性部位进行筛选研究。方法对药材莲子心进行提取分离,得到70%乙醇提取物、总生物碱类成分及总黄酮类成分3个部位。以这3个部位分别给四氧嘧啶造模的糖尿病小鼠灌胃,观察它们对升高的小鼠血糖值的影响。结果乙醇提取物组与总生物碱组对四氧嘧啶造成的小鼠血糖值升高有明显的拮抗作用,其血糖值与空白组及给药前自身血糖值相比,有显著性差异(P<0.05,P<0.01);总黄酮组作用则不明显,其血糖值与空白组及给药前自身血糖值相比,无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论提示莲子心中降血糖的活性部位为生物碱类成分而非黄酮成分。
OBJECTIVE To investigate into the screening of the active components of Plumula Nelumbinis Nuciferae. METHOD Extraction and isolation were performed on Plumula Nelumbinis Nuciferae to obtain 70% alcohol extract, total alkaloids and total flavonoids, which were then used in diabetes mice models made with alloxan to observe their effect in increasing the blood sugar of mice. RESULT Antagonizing effect against the increase of blood sugar was found in the alcohol extraction group and total alkaloids group, with marked significance ( P < 0.05; P < 0.01) . No marked effect was detected in the total flavonoids group ( P > 0.05 ). CONCLUSION The active components in Plumula Nelumbinis Nuciferae for lowering blood sugar are alkaloids, not flavonoids.
