实验性变态反应性脑脊髓炎的细胞免疫研究

摘要 在实验性变态反应性脑脊髓炎(EAE)的发病及病情演化过程中,涉及到多种影响因素的作用。除了广泛研究的免疫抗原和T淋巴细胞外,近年来研究显示NKT细胞、巨噬细胞、小胶质细胞、肥大细胞也起着必不可少的作用。
