论外贸依存度——兼论计算外贸依存度的新公式

On the Dependence Ratio of Trade —and On the New Formula of Dependence Ratio of Trade

对外贸易的迅速增长使得中国的外贸依存度节节攀升,并引起各方面的关注。然而,传统的外贸依存度定义存在着固有的缺陷,缺乏科学性。本文在深入剖析传统定义的基础上,论证了计算外贸依存度的新公式,并对中国、美国、日本、德国、英国、澳大利亚、俄罗斯的外贸依存度进行了对比。结果表明,中国的外贸依存度并不高。若从一般贸易依存度来看,目前中国也并不比美国、日本高。

China's foreign trade is increasing rapidly in recent years that makes the foreign trade dependence climbing up quickly. Scholars and government officers are taking more attention to that. But the traditional definition of foreign trade dependence has inherent objection and is unscientific. This paper has demonstrated a new formula of foreign trade dependence on the basis of analyzing the objection of traditional definition. Comparison has been made among China, US, Japan, Germany, UK, Australia and Russia, it shows that China's foreign trade dependence is not high, even not higher than US's and Japan's from the viewpoint of generic trade.
