摘要
介绍了一种面向对象的生产系统模拟工具OSim的体系结构和特点,以及应用Osim进行生产系统建模的方法和过程。面向对象的生产系统模拟模型的开发分为5个步骤:面向过程的建模,面向被动资源的建模,面向主动资源的建模,面向产品/物料的建模,层次化模型的建立。其中,面向对象的技术、基于活动网络的建模和层次化建模在生产系统建模中是非常重要的。
This paper describes for the frameworks, the characteristics and the modeling steps of OSim, that is a object-oriented simulation tool. The development of the object-oriented simulation model for a production system is performed in five steps. There are, processes oriented modeling, passive resources oriented modeling, active resources oriented modeling, products/materials oriented modeling and hierarchical modeling. Thereinto, it is very important for object-oriented technology, modeling based on activity work and hierarchical modeling.
