交联剂和扩链剂对共聚酰胺结晶性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 利用FTIR、光学解偏振和广角X衍射等手段研究了含不同添加剂的PA6-PEG(共聚酰胺)的分子结构和结晶性能;重点分析了聚醚酰胺软硬段相对分子质量和在其质量分数一定的情况下交联剂和扩链剂对共聚物结晶性的影响.结果表明:交联剂可提高共聚物的结晶速度,不明显影响纤维的结晶规整性;扩链剂则降低共聚物的结晶性能,影响纤维结晶结构的规整性,并且其限制链段运动的作用在拉伸时表现得更明显. The molecular structure and the crystalline properties of copolyamide with different additives were studied by using FT-IR, optical depolarization and WAXD. Under the condition of the molecular weight and the mass fraction of soft or hard segment, which belonged to the polyether amide, were constant, the effect of cross-linking agent and chain extender on the copolymer was analyzed emphatically. The results showed that the crystallization rate of the copolymer could be raised by the addition of the cross-linking agent, the improvement of the fiber's crystalline regularity was not evident, however. The addition of chain extender caused the decrease of the crystallization rate of the copolymer and the regularity of fiber's crystalline structure, the baffle effect on the movement of segment was more conspicuous during the stretch.
