摘要
以氢氧化钠为引发剂,芳香族二异氰酸酯为活化剂,用不同物质的量比的己内酰胺和己内酯,采用阴离子开环聚合工艺合成了一系列己内酰胺-己内酯共聚物.用X射线衍射法(WAXD)、差示扫描量热法(DSC)、红外光谱(IR)法对样品进行了测试.结果表明:随己内酯在反应物中物质的量分数的增加,共聚物中含有的均聚结构比例减小,共聚结构比例增大,且更趋向生成无规共聚物.
By means of anionic ring-opening copolymerization, a series of copolymers of ε-Capro-lactone with ε-caprolactam were synthesized at different lactam/lactone ratio, with the sodium hydroxide as catalyst, the aromatic diisocyanate as initiator, respectively. The polymerization products were analyzed by WAXS, DSC and IR. The results showed that with the increase of dosage of lactone in reaction, the copolymers were more easily to possess random structures.
