摘要
科技个人奖设置得到科学社会学的理论支持。在国外,科技奖励主要是个人奖。个人奖与项目奖存在四方面区别,我国设置科技个人奖具有重要意义。
Setting personal awards of science and technology is supported by the theory of sociology of science. In general awards of science and technology overseas mostly mean personal awards. There are four differences between personal awards and project awards. There is an important significance of setting personal awards of science and technology in China.
