对台湾高科技产业发展存在问题的分析

A Study on the Development of High-tech Industry in Taiwan

讨论了台湾高科技产业在发展过程中所遇到的问题,依次考察了代工经营模式的局限,高科技产业发展的不平衡状态,科技研发状态的滞后,高科技人才的缺乏以及制约高科技产业发展的诸种相关因素。通过对这些问题的评析,多角度地呈现台湾高科技产业遭遇的发展困境,提出产业调整升级的可能和突破点,进而阐明科技发展对两岸社会政治的意义。

This paper analyzed the problems and some restricting factors during the development of hi-tech industry in Taiwan and gave a few suggestions on its readjustment and escalation. At last the paper also indicated the significance of the development of hi-tech industry for the future of the relationship between Taiwan and China's Mainland.
