摘要
组织资本的基础是组织内部的知识,而知识的隐性和动态的特点又进一步决定了企业组织资本的形成。组织知识产生价值需要通过外显化等方式将隐性知识在个人、团队、组织之间传递和转移来体现,同时显性知识和隐性知识又相互作用,并不断超越而产生新的知识。将组织资本的形成解释为组织知识的产生和转移两个过程。
This paper introduces the accumulation of organization capital. The accumulation mechanism includes the creating progress of knowledge and the transferring progress of knowledge. In the process of organization capital accumulation organization knowledge is created and transferred from people to organization and finally brings value for organization. At the same time the tacit knowledge transfers to explicit knowledge.
