摘要
良好的公民德性是保证民主制度有效运行的重要条件,也是公民教育的直接目的。20世纪90年代公民德性问题在西方引起广泛关注,其代表性的理论有自由主义的公民德性理论、社群主义的公民德性理论、左派的公民德性理论、共和主义的公民德性理论。我国公民教育应立足于中国的传统与现实,借鉴西方公民德性教育理论,提出具有中国特色的公民德性要求,并通过家庭、学校教育,政治参与,加入公民社团等多种政治社会化途径培养公民素质。
The good civic virtue is one of the important conditions which guarantee the operation of democratic system and is also the direct purpose of civil education. In 1990s this question aroused the attention in the West, among which some representative theories of civic virtue were: the Liberalism theory, the Socialism theory, the Left theory and the Republicanism theory .As to the civil education in China, there should be civic virtue of chinese characteristics, with its roots deep into the tradition and reality of China, and at the same time using the related Western theories of civic virtue for reference. Furthermore, to cultivate and improve civil diathesis in China, the methods we use may be of many kinds, to name a few: families, shools, politics, communities and the combination of two or more of them.
