Probe into the Future Trend of Consumption on Housing of China Using Level and Smooth Law of Index

结合中国当前国情分析了住宅业的发展趋势,通过统计数据的分析、运用指数平滑法预测出五年内住宅业必然随着人民收入的提高而成为新的经济增长热点,并针对这一趋势为当今住宅业的发展提供了一些建议和意见。

Based on the situation at present, the author analysed the development trend of the house industry, and predicted that with the improvement of people's income in five years, the house industry would become the new economic growth hotspot through the analysis of the statistical data using level and smooth law of index. Also, the author provided some suggestions for nowadays development of the house industry.
