摘要 研究了环行器插入相位1θ2的温度稳定性机制,它与同相激励模相位本征值0θ的变化密切相关。研究指出:张量磁导率对角分量μ的变化引起了同相模相位0θ和1θ2的变化,从δμ=0的条件推出了环行器的相位稳定性方程和磁矩MS-磁化场Hi的同步变化率R=ΔMS/ΔHi。在服从同步变化率为常数的条件下,对环行器进行高频电磁场仿真和三维静磁场仿真相结合的混合有限元计算,证明了理论的正确性,在-40℃^+80℃温度范围内,δ1θ2=±3°,与此同时,由于相位稳定性必然导致S参数幅度的稳定性。 A temp-stability mechanism of inserting phase θ_(12) of a circulator is investigated in this paper. It points out that the θ_(12) is relative closely to the in phase eigen-mode excited. Resultants explain that the diagonal component μ of the tensor permeability changed with temp has influence to variety of the θ_(0) and the θ_(12) . Therefore, starting with δμ=0, a phase stability equation of the circulator is derived and a ratio of the saturated magnetization and magnetized field, R=ΔM_S/ΔH_i are obtained. Once the condition of synchro change (R invariant) is obeyed, using the method of the HFSS/3DSMF combining FEM, the circulator's S-parameters are calculated. It has proved that theory of temp stability is valid, and in the range of -40℃~+80℃, phase variation is δθ_(12)12=±3° only. At the same time, due to Temp stability of phase θ_(12), it results in the stabilities of magnitudes of S-parameters naturally.
