Deepening the Reform of Geological Exploration Work and Improving Supporting Ability of Mineral Resources to the Society

资源已成为我国当前和今后一个时期经济发展的瓶颈,矿产资源则是资源问题的基础,解决的途径就是加强地质勘查,提高矿产资源的保障能力;加强地质勘查,必须从体制、机制入手,全面总结地勘工作改革经验,找准问题,并把问题研究透,提出切实加强地质勘查工作的政策措施,促进地勘工作改革与发展,不断增强地质勘查竞争力。

In order to find the way to solve resources bottleneck for economic development, the paper points out that the key strength is enhancing geological exploration work and improving supporting ability of mineral resource to the society, and this is followed by several suggestions: study on the systems and mechanisms; summarize the reform experiences of geological exploration work as a whole; see through the appearance of the problems to get at the essence; strengthen policies and measures; promote the reform and development, as well as continuing geological exploration competitiveness.
