Analysis on the Relations Between Coal Mine Safety and Coal Resources Value

我国目前的煤矿事故造成的人员伤亡和经济损失相当惨重,由于事故直接影响成本,对事故的补偿必然影响煤矿企业的经济效益,因而事故的实质是造成企业的净现值的减少,因此煤矿安全和经济效益之间是密不可分的统一体,安全是矿井生产及其资源价值体现的前提。

At present, coal mine accident results heavy personnel casualties and economic losses. As we know, the accident directly affects the cost while the compensation inevitably affect the economic returns of the coal mine enterprises. The essence of the accident causes the reduction of net present value of the enterprises. It is thus clear that coal mine safety and economic returns is a interwoven unity.
