蒙古国国土辽阔,矿产资源丰富,品种齐全。该国矿产主管部门是工业贸易部,负责制定并监督实施矿产资源开发利用的政策法规,以及协调有关工作。其矿产资源勘探、开发的具体政策法规主要有许可证制度、对环保方面的要求、各种税费收取标准以及优惠政策等方面的规定。对石油、黄金的开采有特殊的规定。

Mongolia, with expanse territory, has abundant and various mineral resources. Ministry of Industry and Trade, the in-charge body for mineral resources, is responsible for constituting and supervising the implementation of policies and laws concerning minerals development and utilization, including: license system; demand for environmental protection; standard for various taxes & administrative charges and preferential policies; special constitutions for petroleum and gold.
