Design of Data Interface for COMS Image Sensor Based on CPLD

COMS图像传感器数据接口设计基于CPLD。先采用默认值设置,通过设置图像窗口、帧频、曝光时间等初始化传感器。再采用两片SRAM存储器,根据帧/行同步信号和像素时钟决定状态转换,存储数据。系统以COMS图像传感器数据接口作为功能模块嵌入到SOC中,可根据不同情况灵活地设计片上系统。

Data interface of COMS image sensor based on CPLD is designed with the default setting, at first, the sensor was initialized by setting its image window, frame rate, exposure value, etc. Then data was stored in two chips of SRAM memory according to frame/line timing reference and pixel clock. In a system, COMS data interface acted as a function module was embedded in SOC, SYSTEM ON CHIP is flexibly designed according to the distinct condition.
