边界层风洞控制系统

摘要 边界层风洞控制系统采用IPC完成直流电机调速装置、迎角机构和转盘机构、交流伺服驱动装置的自动控制。通过测量风洞试验段内流场的动压,校正温度后,实时计算实际风速值,并与给定风速值相比较,用PID调节风速实现闭环控制。可编程控制器发送指令,采集调速装置状态和控制器件应答信号,处理电机控制系统开关量信号并与计算机系统交换信息。 For the control system of borderline wind tunnel, automatic control for the speeder of DC dynamo, angle of attack and turntable frameworks, and AC servo driver AC servo driver are realized by IPC. After the across pressure of flow field in wind tunnel test section was measured and temperature was revised, and the actual wind speed value was computed by computer in real time. The actual wind speed value was compared with given wind speed value, closed loop control was implemented through wind speed regulated by PID. Instruction is sent and the state signal of speeder and acknowledge signal of control devices is received, and signal of on-off quantity for control system of dynamo is processed by programmable controller, and information is exchanged with computer system.
