摘要 基于DSP的永磁同步电机交流伺服控制系统,由TMS320F2812、外围接口电路及功率回路组成。系统采用以位置和速度调节为控制外环,以空间矢量控制的电流调节为内环的三闭环控制。位置环实现精确位置控制,速度环实现快速跟踪,电流环实现快速动态响应。转子初始位置由霍尔传感器识别,并在转子开始转动后进行校正。 The AC servo system for PMSM (permanent magnet synchronous motor) based on DSP (digital signal processor) is composed of TMS320F2812, peripheral interface circuit and the loop of power circuit. The three kinds of position, speed and current closed loop control modes were applied in the system. The peripheral loop control consists of position and speed regulation, and the inner loop executes the current regulation for space vector control. The precise position control was performed by position regulation, and the fast trace was realized by speed regulation, and the fast dynamic control was implemented by current regulation. The initial position of rotor was checked and measured by Hall sensor, and was revised after the rotor starts to rotate.
